Default Farm vs. Run

Ok, so now I am at the point were I need to decide how I want to make my money. I don't have that much money so I cant really experiment with getting new skills and trying both farming and running. Which do you guys think is the best way to make a profit?

A/E Chaos Plains farmer, hands down.

Or you could do Droks runs. But farming ectos depends on your luck whereas running depends on the need of other players.

Droks run dosnt make you money. southern peaks does. but it takes a slight bit of skill and thought, and judging by the fact that you have to ask this question in the first place i think youd better stick to a very simple farm.

Runs never last. You find a good run, start doing it for 2k, within 2 weeks the run is now worth 500g and everyone's running for "tips" because of greedy filthy schmucks who MUST run for less than the other guy.

I used to run... back in the day

Eh, I doubt people are paying much for runs now, seeing as recent skill updates have made it incredibly simple with a sin. I would go with farming UW. Honestly though, I would encourage you not to spend all your time in GW trying to make money... as it is just pointless after you get skills and stuff. That is, unless getting the "shiny" stuff is what drives you to play.

Rangers can run droks I know because I did it . But "running" is not what it use to be. Running these days can be considered doing an entire dungeon. But for some reason people pay alot for Kathandrax Hard Mode 15k per person and 6 people. Thats 90k.

I've found that running missions that many newbies get stuck on is very profitable. mainly Imperial Sanctum and Ruins of Morah but also Sanctum Cay, Elona's Reach, etc
basically any mission that is rather easy to run or solo with heroes is a good mission to offer your services in...

Well...in most cases running is more profitable but depending on the farm you might get more cash then running. My opinion? Go with farming you can't get scammed and you can make more money in some cases. Running relies on other people who can choose to scam you without any repercussions, reporting them won't do anything.
